Sciences Po Summer School Online!

Despite hopes of hosting the Summer School on campus this summer, Sciences Po would like to inform students that the Pre-College Programme will be moved online for Summer 2021.

Although hopeful to welcome Pre-College students on campus again this summer, the health and security of students remains top priority. The challenge of providing a safe living environment for minors, the suspension of all residential summer camps in France and the slow progress of the global health situation have led the Unis to make this decision.

In 2020, Sciences Po welcomed 111 students from 32 nationalities and 92% of them expressed that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the Online Pre-College Programme! Building on the Summer School’s expertise in online learning, and the success of the 2020 online edition, Sciences Po is confident that they can once again provide an enriching and multicultural learning experience to future students.Given Sciences Po’s international reputation in the social sciences and its tradition of excellence and debate, the Online Pre-College Programme will challenge students’ perspectives and offer an opportunity to participate in lively discussions with renowned professors and students from around the world. In addition, the programme will include a rich social and cultural programme to recreate the multicultural social environment of the Summer School.

The Pre-College Programme will offer two remote sessions this summer
·         Session 1: 28 June to 9 July
·         Session 2: 19 July to 30 July

The overall structure and content of the course (tutorials, Master Classes and elective) are maintained, and it will be held in a live, synchronous format to allow for maximum interaction.

Application deadlines
Please note that the final date to submit an application has been extended to May 21st for the first session and June 11th for the second session.
