On Friday and Saturday, May 26th and 27th MIS hosted the track ISSTs for the 2023 season and many athletes showed up from various international schools, including a record breaking amount of 12th graders who participated, even though they are finished with school. The 12th graders still chose to show up for their team in the tournament. MIS came 7th overall in the competition and many supporters showed up to cheer them on and the athletes spirits were high.

Senior school girls, track and field athletes, including MIS track runner Tilde E (Grade 9) preparing to run their 400-meter hurdles race finals on Saturday May 27th. This event is known to be particularly difficult however Tilde finished 5th in the finals for this event, running alongside 12th graders! (Coach Petra)
