Have you ever wondered what MIS looks like when it’s empty? Well, it looks almost like an entirely different place. Silent and eery, it’s difficult to recognize in some places.
This is an empty German classroom, typically used for the midle school. Right now, though, the children are nowhere to be seen and the classroom is silent and devoid of it’s usual chatter.
A hallway used to exit the LADC during break and lunch, but unlit and empty with no one travelling through it.
An empty hallway lined with lockers, usually full of students but left dark and vacant.
The PAC set up for a piano concert, but with no one in attendance.
A classroom from the perspective of a teacher– what they would’ve seen during COVID times, which is where I drew inspiration from for this piece.
